Green Team/Beautification
This circle focuses on keeping our neighborhood clean and green. One great way to get involved: Gulch Garbage Grabbers hosts weekly cleanups of the Lakewood Gulch greenspace every Tuesday evening (spring through fall) — all equipment provided, with social time at a local brewery afterward.

Current Projects & Wins:
Our Green Team upgraded the Villa Park sign at 8th and Grove with native flowers and trees to make the area more beautiful. We’re currently in discussion with the city to install bioswales and more trees - if you want to be a part of these discussions, just reach out!
The Gulch Garbage Grabbers have removed thousands of pounds of trash from the gulch and the surrounding area, with no sign of stopping! Recently, we partnered with Denver Parks and Rec to clean out the water by the beaver dam near Perry Station - let’s keep the natural areas beautiful!
